    King & Crescent is the latest condominium project by Zenterra Developments, set to launch soon in South Surrey. It comprises four 6-storey woodframe buildings that will house 411 strata homes with a variety of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floor plans to cater to the needs of different homeowners.

  • The Stack - 1133 Melville

    The Stack, situated at 1133 Melville in downtown Vancouver, has revamped the city's skyline with its 36-storey office tower. The James K.M. Cheng Architects, with Adamson Associates Architects serving as the Architect of Record, designed the building that provides almost 600,000 square feet of office space and about 12,000 square feet of retail at grade.

    Oakridge is a master planned, multiphase redevelopment which, when completed, will have one million square feet of retail space, occupied by a variety of shops, boutiques, restaurants, as well as over 2914 new homes. 14 towers are planned for the redevelopment of Oakridge Mall and will range from 9 to 44 storey's high.
